Cannot uninstall or reinstall USB Over Network

Hi there,
i cant uninstall or reinstall USB Over Network in my pc.
window Xp.
it pop up error when reinstall :
 
"service 'usb over network (server) service' (ftusbsrv) failed to start.verify that you have sufficient priviledges to start the system services"

I'd like to ask you to make the log file and send it to me
for analysis. You need to uninstall the server again using LOG=1
parameter (start->cmd-> usb-over-network-server.msi LOG=1). You will be prompted to uninstall, repair/change. Choose the "uninstall". The log will be created in the same folder where the installer is located. We need to see this log. Please send it
to support@fabulatech.com
Also it would be great if you send sysinfo from this PC as well (Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Information -> File -> Save)
